Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how user information is handled in ProPlayer (the "App"). Please read this Policy before using the App.

Summary

The App performs playback and analysis of the audio you import (EQ, spectrum, waveform, loudness metering, and so on) entirely on your device. No account is required, and the App's developer does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information or usage history.

Information We Don't Collect

The App does not transmit to or collect on the developer's servers any personal information, including the following:

• Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or phone number
• Location data
• Personal data such as contacts or photos (except audio files; see below)
• Usage analytics, behavioral logs, or advertising identifiers

The App does not embed any analytics tools or advertising SDKs.

On-Device Processing

Features such as EQ, the real-time spectrum, waveform display, LUFS loudness metering, speed and pitch change, vocal / instrumental extraction, and export are all processed by your device's processor without any network communication. Analysis results are never transmitted externally.

Handling of Audio Files

• The App reads the audio files you import — via the Files app, AirDrop, transfer from a computer, and similar means — in order to play, analyze, and export them.
• Imported audio, artwork, and track info are stored within the App's managed storage and cannot be accessed by the developer.
• Where you share or save exported files is determined by your own actions.

Permissions

The App may request permission to access files or photos for purposes such as importing audio or setting artwork. These permissions are used solely to provide the relevant feature, and the data obtained is never transmitted externally. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.

Provision to Third Parties

Because the App does not collect user information, there is no information to provide to third parties. Distribution of the App itself takes place through Apple's App Store, and the handling of information related to use of the App Store is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Use by Children

Because the App does not collect personal information, it can be used with confidence regardless of age. If a child uses the App, we recommend that it be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or the addition of features. If there is a significant change, we will announce it on this page. The revised Policy takes effect once it is posted on this page.
